THE SPACE
One of St Leonards' most beautiful rooms
The Story of 79 Bohemia Road
Built around 1875, 79 Bohemia Road has been part of St Leonards’ independent retail history for well over a century.
Its beautiful Art Nouveau shopfront dates from around 1910, with original decorative tiles, stained glass and plaster work still surviving today, and the premises were once associated with the Mazawattee Tea Company before later becoming Feaist Bakers.
Now a grade 11 listed building that still has all of it’s original features, down to the old bakers block that we now use as our salon stations.
